What to include:

An up-to-date pelvic ultrasound (where indicated)
The patient’s most recent cervical screening test
Relevant biochemistry and any other investigations that may assist

After referral

What happens next

You’ll receive a letter on the day of your patient’s appointment with consultation notes, the plan going forward, and any surgical or follow-up arrangements.
